PARANOID PRINT CO. TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order with Paranoid Print Co., approving an invoice, approving artwork, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are intended to be clear, honest, and fair for both parties.

GENERAL TERMS

All Sales Final

Due to the customized nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

PAYMENT TERMS

For pickup orders, a 50 percent deposit is due upon invoicing. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the order is released.

For shipped orders, full payment is required upon invoicing and before production or shipment.

A 2.4 percent surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.

Orders will not enter production until required payments are received.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED GARMENTS

If you supply your own garments, all printing and decoration is performed entirely at the customer’s risk.

Paranoid Print Co. is not responsible for the quality, consistency, or performance of customer-supplied garments, including how they react to printing, embroidery, heat, or handling.

We do not warranty customer-supplied garments for any reason, including damage, misprints, dye migration, shrinkage, scorching, or garment failure.

SORTING AND HANDLING FEES

Unsorted orders may be subject to a sorting fee of $50.00.

Individually bagged apparel may be subject to a $0.25 per garment un-bagging fee.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Garments are ordered after your order is placed. Availability cannot be guaranteed.

If an item becomes unavailable, alternative options will be provided for approval before production continues. Paranoid Print Co. is not responsible for delays caused by out of stock items, supplier shortages, or discontinued products.

ARTWORK PROOFS AND APPROVAL

Before production begins, customers are provided with a digital mockup or proof for approval.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all aspects of the proof, including artwork content, spelling, layout, placement, sizing, colors, and asset versions.

Approval of a proof constitutes full acceptance of the design exactly as shown. Paranoid Print Co. will produce the order strictly according to the approved proof.

Paranoid Print Co. is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated or incorrect assets that appear in an approved proof. Any changes or reprints requested after proof approval will be treated as a new order and billed accordingly.

PRINTING AND QUALITY CONTROL

Print Placement

All garments are loaded by hand. A margin of error of up to 1 inch in print placement is acceptable. Prints within this tolerance will not be considered misprints and will not be reprinted or refunded.

Manufacturer Defects

We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, including color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose threads, holes, ripped seams, or variations in size or construction.

While garments are inspected during printing and packing, it is not possible to catch every defect. Paranoid Print Co. does not manufacture the garments.

SPOILAGE AND OVERAGE POLICY

Due to the nature of screen printing, embroidery, and DTF transfers, a small spoilage rate is normal and expected.

Paranoid Print Co. allows an industry-standard spoilage rate of up to 3 percent per print location. We recommend ordering extra units to account for potential spoilage.

Shortages within this allowance will not be reprinted, refunded, discounted, or credited unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

If Paranoid Print Co. supplied the garments, spoilage exceeding the 3 percent allowance will be refunded at the cost of the garment and print.

If the customer supplied the garments, spoilage of any amount is not reimbursable.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND RETURNS

Cancellations

Cancellations after an order is placed are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee plus any costs already incurred.

No cancellations are accepted once production or manipulation has begun, including but not limited to tag removal, printed tags, printing, trimming, hemming, embroidery, setup work, or transfers being applied.

Changes

Changes requested after artwork approval may incur additional costs and may delay production.

All changes must be approved in writing.

Returns

Due to the customized nature of our work, returns are not accepted.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AND CLAIMS

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt or pickup.

Any issues must be reported within 72 hours. Claims submitted after 72 hours will not be the responsibility of Paranoid Print Co.

For orders where Paranoid Print Co. supplied the garments, we will correct mistakes that are clearly our fault. If a single defective garment is found after job completion, we will refund that garment and its print cost. We cannot remake a single custom garment, as all reprints must meet our minimum order quantity of 25 pieces.

Paranoid Print Co. is not responsible for lost income, lost customers, lost opportunities, or any indirect or consequential damages.

PRODUCT AND COLOR CONSISTENCY

Garment color, shade, texture, weight, size, and construction may vary between production runs. Exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

Exact Pantone or PMS color matching is not always possible. Colors will be matched as closely as reasonably achievable.

TRADEMARKS AND ARTWORK RIGHTS

Customers are responsible for securing all legal rights to any artwork, logos, trademarks, or designs submitted for printing.

By submitting artwork, the customer warrants that they have permission to use it.

The customer agrees to hold Paranoid Print Co. harmless from any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from submitted artwork.

SHIPPING

Title to goods transfers to the customer upon pickup or delivery to the freight carrier.

Paranoid Print Co. is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier, but we will assist with tracking and claims when possible.

Hard deadlines or in-hands dates must be communicated clearly before production begins.

LIVE PRINTING EVENTS AND ON-SITE SERVICES

For live printing events or on-site services, a 50 percent deposit is required to hold the event date. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of services or delivery of goods.

Overdue balances are subject to interest at 2 percent per month, calculated retroactively from the event date, plus any costs of collection.

DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE

Paranoid Print Co. is not responsible for delays or failure to supply goods or services due to circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, illness, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable events.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Paranoid Print Co.’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods or services provided.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing an order, approving an invoice, or approving artwork, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
