PARANOID PRINT CO. — TERMS OF SERVICE
By placing an order with Paranoid Print Co., you agree to the terms below. These terms are meant to be clear, honest, and fair for both sides.
GENERAL TERMS
All Sales Final
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.
Payment Terms
For pickup orders, a 50 percent deposit is due upon receiving the invoice. The remaining balance must be paid before the order is released.
For shipped orders, full payment is required upon receiving the invoice.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED GARMENTS
If you supply your own garments, Paranoid Print Co. is not responsible for the quality of the garments or how they react to printing. Printing on customer-supplied goods is done at the customer’s risk. We do not warranty customer-supplied garments for any reason, including damage or misprints.
SORTING AND HANDLING FEES
Unsorted orders may be subject to a sorting fee of 50.00.
Individually bagged apparel may be subject to a 0.25 per garment un-bagging fee.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
All garments are ordered after your order is placed. We cannot guarantee availability of any item. If a garment is out of stock, we will provide alternative options for your approval before continuing production. Paranoid Print Co. is not responsible for delays caused by out of stock items.
PRINTING AND QUALITY CONTROL
Print Placement
All garments are loaded by hand. A 1 inch margin of error in print placement is allowed. Prints within that margin will not be considered misprints and will not be reprinted or refunded.
Manufacturer Defects
We are not responsible for defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose threads, holes, ripped seams, or variations in size or construction. While we inspect garments during printing and stacking, it is not possible to catch every defect. We do not manufacture the garments.
SPOILAGE AND OVERAGE POLICY
Due to the nature of screen printing, embroidery, and DTF transfers, a small spoilage rate is normal in the industry. Paranoid Print Co. allows an industry standard spoilage rate of up to 3 percent per print location.
We recommend ordering extra units to fully cover potential spoilage.
Shortages within this spoilage allowance will not be reprinted, refunded, discounted, or credited unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
If Paranoid Print Co. supplied the garments, any spoilage above the 3 percent allowance will be refunded at the cost of the garment and the print.
If the customer supplied the garments, spoilage of any amount is not reimbursable.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND RETURNS
Cancellations
Cancellations after an order is placed are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee plus any costs already incurred.
No cancellations are accepted once any production or manipulation has begun, including tag removal, printed tags, printing, trimming, hemming, embroidery, or any other work.
Changes
Changes to orders after artwork approval may require extra costs and may cause delays.
Changes are accepted only with prior written approval.
Returns
Due to the customized nature of our work, returns are not accepted.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AND CLAIMS
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all goods upon receiving them.
Any issues must be reported within 72 hours. Claims submitted after 72 hours will not be the responsibility of Paranoid Print Co.
For orders where Paranoid Print Co. supplied the garments, we will correct any mistakes that were clearly our fault. If the job is complete and a single defective garment is found, we will refund that garment and print cost. We cannot remake a single custom garment, as all reprints must meet our minimum order quantity of 25 pieces.
Paranoid Print Co. is not responsible for lost income, lost customers, lost opportunities, or any indirect damages caused by defective garments.
PRODUCT AND COLOUR CONSISTENCY
Garment color, size, shade, texture, weight, and construction may vary from lot to lot. Exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
Exact Pantone or PMS color matching is not always possible, but we will match as closely as reasonably achievable.
TRADEMARKS AND ARTWORK RIGHTS
Customers are responsible for securing legal rights to any artwork, logos, marks, or designs submitted for printing.
By submitting artwork, the customer warrants that they have permission to use it.
The customer agrees to hold Paranoid Print Co. harmless from any copyright or trademark disputes arising from the use of supplied artwork.
SHIPPING
Title to goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the freight carrier or customer pickup.
Paranoid Print Co. is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier, but we will assist in tracking shipments.
If you have a hard deadline or in-hands date, this must be stated clearly before production begins.
DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE
Paranoid Print Co. is not responsible for failure to supply goods due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes delays, shortages, equipment failure, natural disasters, illness, supply chain issues, or other unpredictable events.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the amount paid to Paranoid Print Co. for the goods or services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
