  • We operate on a bulk order basis with a minimum quantity of 25 pieces per design required. This can be spread out across different sizes of T-Shirts.

  • Our standard turnaround time is approximately 14 business days, though this may extend to 21 days during peak periods. Rush services are available under certain conditions.

  • VECTOR FORMAT: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg files are accepted. Ensure that all text is converted to outlines and any strokes are also converted to outlines.

    RASTER IMAGES: .jpg or .png files are accepted. Please ensure they are high resolution, ideally 300 dpi or higher, and sized to the actual print dimensions.

    Artwork setup and design fees may apply to any files that do not meet our requirements.

  • Yes, you can provide your own garments, but they must be new and unworn. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the quality of the print on materials not supplied by us, and we do not replace garments that have been provided by the customer. If the printing service is the only thing we are providing for an order, the printing is the only thing covered. Orders that require sorting may incur a $50 sorting fee. Additionally, there is a $0.25 per garment fee for un-bagging individually bagged apparel.

  • We typically do not provide sample printing due to our minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 25 pieces per design. In special circumstances, sample printing may be considered. For all orders, we provide a true-to-life digital mockup or proof after receiving a deposit and before beginning production. This ensures that you can review and approve every aspect of your design to ensure satisfaction with the final product.

  • For pick-up orders, a 50% deposit is required upon invoice receipt, with the balance due before order release. For shipped orders, full payment is required upon receiving the invoice.

  • Yes, our standard print sizes are 12.5" x 16.5" for screen printing and 15" x 19" for DTG Printing. We offer various inks including plastisol, discharge, and metallic options. For oversized prints or special requests, additional charges may apply.

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final once a deposit has been received. For any cancellations after order placement, a 20% restocking fee will apply, plus any costs for services already rendered. No cancellations are allowed once production has started.

  • While we strive to monitor stock levels, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items since they are secured after your order is placed. If an item is out of stock, we will suggest alternatives and seek your approval before proceeding.

  • As each garment is loaded manually onto the press, we allow for a 1-inch margin of error in any direction. Prints within this tolerance are not considered misprints.

  • We are not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, or garment defects like holes or ripped seams. We conduct thorough checks on garments as we print and prior to dispatch, but some defects may remain unnoticed. It is recommended that you order extra garments if the numbers you require are vital to a project.

  • Customers must confirm that they hold the appropriate rights to all designs or trademarks submitted for printing. Paranoid Print Company holds no liability for any legal issues resulting from the use of unauthorized designs. Additionally, we reserve the right to reject production of any content that is clearly pirated, offensive, or uses the likeness of individuals without explicit consent.

  • Please inspect your garments within 72 hours of receipt. Paranoid Print Company cannot be held responsible for any issues reported after this period.

  • Rush fees may apply if your order requires faster completion than our standard turnaround time. The specific charge will depend on the complexity of your order and how quickly you need it completed along with our current workload at the time the order is placed. Discuss your deadline with us in advance so we can provide you with the best possible options and pricing.

Artwork Requirements

At Paranoid Print Company we strive to ensure that every print project we undertake meets our high standards of quality. To help us achieve this, we have specific requirements for the artwork you submit. Following these guidelines will help streamline the printing process and ensure your final product looks exactly as you envision.

General Guidelines:

  • File Formats: We accept artwork in Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS), Portable Document Format (.PDF), Photoshop (.PSD), .PNG, and .JPG formats.
  • Resolution: All files should be created at 300-600 dpi (dots per inch) to ensure high-quality print output.
  • Color Mode: Artwork should be submitted in CMYK colour mode to accurately match the printing inks used in production.
  • Size: Please provide artwork at the exact size you want it printed. If unsure, discuss sizing with our team to find the best fit for your project.

Specifics for Vector Artwork (Illustrator):

  • Text and Fonts: Convert all text to outlines to prevent any font substitutions.
  • Strokes and Lines: Convert all strokes to outlines to maintain line consistency.
  • File Preparation: Ensure all images are embedded and not linked, maintaining the integrity of each file.
  • Avoid Clipping Masks: Use the Pathfinder tool to simplify shapes instead of using clipping masks.

Specifics for Raster Artwork (Photoshop):

  • Layers: When possible, keep each colour on its own layer.
  • File Preparation: Ensure all images are embedded and not linked.

Printing Area and Placement:

  • Standard Print Size: For garment screen printing, our maximum standard image size is 12.5″ wide by 16.5″ tall. For DTG printing, the maximum size is 15" x 19".
  • Custom Sizes: If you need a larger print size, please contact us to discuss the feasibility and any additional charges.

Typography and Line Weights:

  • Positive Reading Type: Minimum font size is 8pt for standard inks and 12pt for metallic inks.
  • Knocked-Out Text: Minimum font size is 12pt for standard inks and 16pt for metallic inks. Results may vary based on the chosen typeface.

Technical and Printing Specifics:

  • Halftones: Let our team determine the halftone size and angle for best results.
  • Proofreading: Clients are responsible for proofreading all artwork. We are not liable for errors in spelling or content.

Art and Design Fees:

  • Fees: Basic art and design services are billed at $60-$80 per hour with a minimum charge of $60. Clients will be informed in advance if art/design fees will apply to bring their files up to standard prior to printing.

Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully.

General Terms

  • Sales Policy: Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Payment Terms: For pickup orders, a 50% deposit is required upon invoicing, with the remaining balance due before order release. For shipped orders, payment in full is required upon invoicing.

Product Responsibility

  • Customer-Supplied Garments: We are not liable for the quality of printing on garments supplied by the customer, including any damage to the garments during the printing process.
  • Out of Stock Items: While we strive to monitor inventory, we cannot guarantee the availability of items post-order placement. We will suggest alternatives for approval if items are out of stock.

Fees and Surcharges

  • Sorting Fee: Unsorted orders may incur a sorting fee of $50.00.
  • Un-bagging Fee: A fee of $0.25 per garment will apply for un-bagging individually bagged apparel.

Printing and Quality Control

  • Print Placement: Due to manual loading processes, a 1-inch margin of error in print placement is allowed. Prints within this margin will not be considered misprints.
  • Manufacturer Defects: We are not responsible for defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, or other manufacturing issues. Though we inspect each garment, some defects may not be detected.

Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations: After an order is placed, cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any additional costs already incurred. No cancellations are allowed once production has begun.
  • Changes: Modifications to orders after approval may incur additional costs.

Liability and Claims

  • Claims Deadline: Issues must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Claims reported after this period will not be the responsibility of Paranoid Print Co.
  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability for losses or damages is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income or business due to defective garments.

Product and Service Descriptions

  • Color and Product Consistency: We cannot guarantee exact matches in shade, size, or texture of goods as these can vary between production lots. Efforts will be made to closely match all colors, including Pantone shades, where possible.

Intellectual Property

  • Artwork Rights: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any artwork, marks, or designs used in their orders. Paranoid Print Co. will not be liable for any infringement or legal claims that may arise from the use of such materials.

Shipping and Handling

  • Shipping Liability: Title to goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays or damage but will assist in tracking and resolving shipping issues.

Force Majeure

  • Delays: Paranoid Print Co. is not liable for delays or failure to deliver products arising from circumstances beyond our control.
